Priority and Express shipping cut off time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Priority and Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 2-7 days business days for the domestic shipments.
Please contact our customer care in case your package goes missing during the process of delivery. We will file a claim on behalf of you. Please note that Buxom Couture is not responsible for the packages lost after the completion of delivery. buxomcouture.com offers free standard ground shipping on all orders, excluding taxes, shipping charges and any other offers or adjustments. This offer is valid in 48 continental U.S. but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. Territories. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO.
For orders over $150, package will be sent with Signature Required. If a signature is unobtainable and package is returned to us, shipping charges will be charged to the customers. If we were unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, your order processing maybe delayed for additional days. Our customer service team will contact you via email or phone for updates on any delays.
