Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Express shipping cut off time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. 

Please contact our customer care in case your package goes missing during the process of delivery. We will take care of the shipping related issues in case-by-case manner. Buxom Couture is not responsible for the packages lost after the completion of delivery. Since there has been increasing cases of package theft across the US, please check that you are assigning the package to the secure delivery point. Buxom provides timely updates on the shipping status on emails, and we highly encourage you to check the delivery status.
